Originally from Dublin, Suzanne Rose has been living in and eating her way around Brighton since 2006. She worked for many years as a sub-editor at Radio Times, then BBC Good Food magazine – her dream job which included eating multiple Christmas dinners in August and testing Easter eggs in November. She now writes a weekly food column for the Brighton & Hove Independent.
