Feature - May Produce Guide

Feature – May Produce Guide

As Spring starts to appear, Places I Eat Brighton thought it would be a good opportunity to showcase some of the May produce available, and where better to gain knowledge and insight into organic, local and seasonal produce than Black Radish.

Run by the lovely Jayne, a former garden designer, Black Radish on Portland Road is a hive of fresh, organic and seasonal produce just waiting to be devoured. With a strong focus on high quality, Black Radish sources both locally and from the Welsh borders with any waste product going to Fair Share.

Brighton and London based food, lifestyle and travel photographer Emma Gutteridge set about capturing a collection of intimate and vivid photographs that showcase May and early Junes produce.
