Event – Eat Naked Launch
This May saw the launch of Eat Naked – a healthy deli in central Brighton. Directors Stacie Stewart and Ryan Brown opened their doors to an expectant crowd and welcomed them in to taste some tempting treats and salads.
It’s all very healthy, something that the owners are clearly passionate about. They are pursuing a natural approach; with everything free of gluten, refined sugars and chemicals and processing. It’s almost hard to believe when you’re tucking into clean versions of cheesecake and brownies that taste this good.
Eat Naked will also be stocking organic porridge, plus healthy pots of yogurt, oats or acai, all with a range of fruit, nut and flavoursome toppings. Expect hot daily specials, meats and superfood salads at lunchtime. Or, to quench your thirst, pick from smoothies to suit your mood (e.g. Energise, Glow, Recover), pressed juices, nut milks, plus tea and coffee.
Pop by for breakfast when the deli opens at 8am on weekdays and enjoy until 6pm. Saturday hours are 9am-4pm.
Think you might recognise Stacie? That may be because she was a Masterchef finalist (2009) with multiple TV appearances since then and a published book entitled Stacie Bakes.
